Due to this minimum requirement set up, everywhere within Biz Dev Dynamics, from its core, we call our HIVE, out to every project team established, we are inherently able to scale and contract as required, facilitating a most agile and responsive structure.

The minimalism of constraints allows collaborative work in an internationally spread network of managed professional independent contractors—our world of existence.

We go beyond the traditional role of contractor and client. It is the responsibility of the freeployee to contribute Value. As we are a distributed organisation, there is no place for the usual power roles. The only way we can establish a respectful working relationship is through nurture.

An inevitable outcome of evolving over long periods, nature has developed a sustainable approach — a dynamic equilibrium. It taught organisms to interact in complex, intricate, negative feedback looping, bottom-up patterns, constantly adjusting to everchanging circumstances.

Changes outside impact sustainable and non-sustainable systems alike. Yet, there is a need for external intervention for a sustainable ecosystem to break down. In many cases, a severe one as most sustainable ecosystems also demonstrates resilience.

Non-sustainable systems, on the other hand, have a very obvious ending. If planned professionally, the conclusion is well-known in advance.

In everything we do, we should figure out ways to get the results we seek while making sure our design has no end date, that if left to its own devices, will continue forever.

How have you embedded this into Biz Dev Dynamics?

Biz Dev Dynamics is an organism following a biological metaphor; it is architectured for sustainability.

Small autonomous teams spring into existence to answer a need and dissolve once satisfied.

Teams are composed of individuals, each responsible for an aspect of the team’s activity, wherever they need to be (zero travel – they are there already).

Teams change. Teams evolve. And eventually, teams dissolve, releasing the individuals to pursue other activities.

A sustainable ecosystem must possess competitive pressures, collaborative capabilities, and a bottom-up adaptation mechanism on all dimensions of its existence. We have built this into the interactions our operational framework requires, such as peer reviews, sponsored debates and a “log everything mine everything” approach.

What is your vision for the future?

Biz Dev Dynamics’s raison d'être is the best place for people like us, so how much work (billable hours) we funnel to our freeployees is the number to track. In fact, its two numbers, hours executed, and their billable Value – and while the first is our passion, the second makes the world go around and drives economies.

We envisage a future with a global network of independent contractors—working in a new mindset and embracing the challenges and benefits of remote work, being part of a worldwide team.

We believe that sustainable growth requires more than brute force and excessive spend. We aim to create a lasting impact in a cost-effective way, using ingenuity and creative thought. Our approach is organic, and we therefore invest significant effort into crafting bespoke solutions that are optimal in answering the client’s requirements as well as practical, cost effective and quick to establish.

BDD Agents

True to us being Glocal (Globally Local), we maintain a ‘hands-on’ approach in every market and territory we work in. To do this we deploy local teams wherever they’re required. We simultaneously assign a local agent, who is resident in the client’s location.

Our agents each contribute their respective fields of expertise, as part of our global team. They also act locally as representatives in face to face meetings with clients. That way we get to understand the client’s perspective from the ‘get go’.
